Similar Species in Nova ScotiaSimilar to
Silvery Checkerspot, but the underside of the hindwing is diagnostic.
NotesKlots says that "...the presence of Blue Flag(
Iris) is a good indicator of the possibility of
harrisii". Roland adds that the Tall White Aster is also found in the same habitat as Narrow-leaved Goldenrod.
