Uncommon.

Flight Period
Mid to late June. Very little data.

Habitat
Near woods or shrubby areas (Layberry).

Larval Foodplants
Grasses including Orchard Grass (Dactylis glomerata) and Kentucky Blue Grass (Poa pratensis).

Similar Species in Nova Scotia
None.

Notes
Ferguson listed only one occurrence of this species in Nova Scotia. In recent years they are being seen more often in all three Maritime Provinces; a range expansion appears to be underway.
